We worked
with SHFA to secure conditions from EnergyAust to minimise
the impact on tenants, traffic and the public arising
from a major high voltage cable project.

reconstructed roadway.
We completed
the design, and then managed the pavement restoration
in this important heritage precinct.

Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour - Link Building
Project Completion Works,
Defect Rectification and Occupancy Certification.
We worked
with SHFA, SCEC and DPWS to identify and then facilitate
the resolution of issues affecting occupancy status and
the operation of the Centre, all of these works being
done without interfering with scheduled Events and Functions.
Sydney Convention &
Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour - Glass Replacement
Replacement Strategy, and subsequent Contract Administration.
Following
a history of failure of the glass façade, we developed
a risk management strategy, and then implemented the
glass replacement contract .
Metrogrid Tunnel,

MoU negotiations with Transgrid
for land sale and access conditions at Darling Harbour
and Redfern.
We worked
with SHFA to secure conditions from Transgrid to minimise
the impact on stakeholders, Australian Technology Park
and the Powerhouse Museum arising from a major tunnel
project with two portals on SHFA property.
Cross City Tunnel,

MoU negotiations with RTA
for land sale and access conditions at Darling Harbour.
We worked
with SHFA to secure conditions from RTA to minimise the
impact on tenants, traffic and the public arising from
the construction of the Cross City Tunnel, including
the Tunnel's Ventilation Exhaust Structure and new pedestrian
facilities within the Darling Harbour Precinct.

We worked with SHFA, to identify and take measures to address several defects concerning safety.
Airport Gateway,

Claims Determination.
We worked
with Sydney Airport Corporation Ltd to quantify and resolve
contract claims arising from the completed project.
Australian Technology
Park, Sydney - Heritage Works
Construction supervision
and grant administration for the establishment of heritage
machinery displays.
We undertook
the project supervision for the completion of the Heritage
restoration of railway machinery, including the display
positioning within the Locomotive Workshop Building at
Redfern.
Australian Technology
Park, Sydney -Emergency Power Supply Replacement
Design management, documentation
and construction supervision of a new emergency power supply
for the AC3 supercomputer.
We worked
with ATP management, the key tenants and appointed consultants
to initiate and complete the replacement of the existing
FuelCell with a new emergency generator, and associated
upgrades to the power distribution and metering systems.
Australian Technology Park, Sydney - Bay 15 Fitout
Project Completion Works,
Defect Rectification and Occupancy Certification.
We completed the outstanding defect rectification, and secured the Occupancy Certification for the new office accommodation in Bay 15.
Cross City Tunnel,

Creation and implementation
of a Claims System to recover the cost of design Changes
by the Roads and Traffic Authority.
We worked with the Cross City Motorway Corporation to establish
a robust system to identify and manage the design changes
arising from the fast tracked detailed design of the Tunnels,
and then to recover the appropriate costs from the RTA.
Pier 26 Restaurant, Darling Harbour
Superintendence of the
construction of a new Charter Boat Office, and associated
Restaurant.
We
represented the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority's
interests (as the landlord and approval authority) during
the design and construction of purpose-built charter
boat facility in Darling Harbour.
Ballast Point Oil Terminal, Sydney
Consulting advice for the
asset management of a existing oil terminal at Ballast
Point on Sydney Harbour.
We
worked with heritage and landscape consultants to identify,
cost and program the conversion of the existing oil terminal
at Ballast Point into public open space.
Heritage Culvert Protection, Hay Street, Darling Harbour
Negotiation and liaison
with Sydney Water to permit the protection of a heritage
listed culvert.
We worked closely with Sydney Water staff during the protection
of the heritage listed Hay St culvert.
