Asset Due Diligence for the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre

Given Endstate’s detailed knowledge of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre (SCEC), we were engaged to review a previous asset condition survey and update that survey, and then provide a technical due diligence report on the estimated costs for the maintenance of the SCEC over the next 25 years. The review also included:
- the creation of a fixed assets register for the SCEC; and
- the data input to the Sydney International Convention Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct expansion business case.
