Endstate was engaged to:
- undertake a needs analysis relating to ATP’s property/tenant management and asset maintenance requirements against TAMS 2004;
- design and prepare a specification for the Property & Asset Management system; and
- manage the two stage procurement process for the supply and rollout of the system.
