Chinese Garden of Friendship - Darling Harbour

Endstate was approached by Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, to plan and manage the design and delivery of a capital upgrade to broaden the Garden’s commercial usage and increase visitation, whilst ensuring the changes were sympathetic to the current Chinese architecture and consistent with Feng Shui principles.
Endstate’s added significant value through its stakeholder and community consultation skills, particularly building a close rapport with the Chinese community to ensure that the proposed enhancements were fully supported by the community.
