Fort Street High School - Building fabric and structure asset condition review

In 2010 NSW Public Works approached Endstate to undertake a building condition review prior to the construction of Noise Abatement and air conditioning upgrades. Using video to record the condition and defects, our report was intended as a dilapidation report, but became a corrective maintenance schedule.
