Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA) identified the need for private sector assistance to prepare a specification for the Planned Maintenance over the next 10 years.

Endstate worked with SHFA in testing their original strategy and facilitated an alternate strategy and methodology leveraging Road and Maritime Services (RMS) heritage timber bridge expertise and resources. The approach has resulted in forging an alliance between SHFA and RMS for the future inspection and maintenance planning of the Bridge.
